Don't Make This Mistake
My very first business purchase was a $250 course to learn how to install the Facebook Pixel from Jon Loomer. His website clearly says “For Advanced Facebook Marketers”, but I didn't follow instructions.
I thought I'd learn everything about making popular Facebook posts. Instead, I learned how to install the Facebook pixel. That's the code that goes on your website for ad tracking. It was a while before I made any money off of that investment.

We do not offer refunds. We choose to partner with experienced business owners who recognize that every business operates with some level of risk. When we recommend an ad funnel, we’re recommending that our partners take a calculated risk that is likely to pay off.
Since we must pay staff and freelancers for the time invested in a project, we aren’t able to provide refunds.
Nope. We will advise you if it’s best to run on only one of the platforms. Often times it’s easiest and most profitable to run on both.
The recent iOS updates have limited the amount of tracking information (user actions on the customer website) sent back to Facebook. This decrease in data has meant that Facebook’s Ad Manager does have less information to report and optimize ads. However, this hasn't stopped ad campaigns from being profitable.
We’ve discovered workarounds for each industry to help gather the data we need and optimize campaigns. For low dollar e-commerce campaigns, we can literally gather the data we need from the customer CMS and automatically upload it to Facebook. For other high dollar services like coaching courses, we use third party apps to get the data we need.
We've also started to look at ads more holistically to see if they’re profitable. At the end of the day, this is better for customers. Instead of only looking at what Facebook reports, our agency will provide insights into new customer acquisition from multiple sources (Customer Relationship System, Google Analytics, etc.), and give long term performance evaluations. While weekly reports are a key component of evaluating performance, we don't soly report Facebook numbers and we look at long term trends in product and service performance in your database.
